In this version, the kernel was updated, and that means the new devices are supported by default, no drivers need to install.
In this version new processors like Intel Haswell, Broadwell un Cherryview, are supported much more like before, of course, all older processors are supported as well.
There is a new app Ubuntu Web Browser, but Chrome or Firefox is beast anyway. In this version, there are no big major updates like we see before.
But if your computer was some devices issue, then update right away.
