Nowadays, new laptops come with Windows 8 preinstalled, the problem is, there's no installation disk included. Of course, you can use recovery mode, but I like to install Windows with a fresh copy. This download tool, download for you newest version of Windows 8.1 and you can install in other PC as well when another PC is not booting at all. The license code is in your UEFI motherboard, so if you purchased your laptop with Windows already preinstalled, you don't need to know Windows product key. If you have an older motherboard then you have to know your key or have to buy it.
To be 100% safe, you have to download Windows with this download tool, because is legal and without viruses and trojans. Highly not recommend download from torrent or other places.

Remember, you have to know what Windows version you have, because if you download the wrong version your product key may not work! And x32 and x64 bit are also important.

Choose the right one and click next. Then choose where to save installation file, if you select USB flash drive you have to get a ready 4gb flash drive, where this tool is able to burn in it. ISO file is saved to PC for later use, it can be disk or flash drive, but then you need additional software, and I recommend Rufusfor that.
And that's it, now you can restart your PC and start the installation or use for another PC, of course, if the version is correct.
